Subject:     Regarding the request to include me in the interim Yunus cabinet of Bangladesh as Senior Adviser to the Ministry of Disaster Relief and Management or the Ministry of Home Affairs in the public interest due to internal issues of the Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus government.

Dear Sir: With due respect and sincere appeal, I would like to state that on August 5th, following the revolutionary student and public movement, the silent killer autocrat Sheikh Hasina fled, and in the public interest, an interim government cabinet of Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus was formed with a handful of people. Some retired and expired members from the same region included in this cabinet are not able to run the country properly and efficiently. They are failing miserably to protect the lives and property of the people. Because Honorable Chief Adviser Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus is a man of economic policy, he has very little political experience, which is creating an opportunity for an opportunistic group with the help of the Recharge Analysis Wing to attempt to turn our motherland Bangladesh into a failed state. At this moment, I, Md. Sirajuddoula Chowdhury, representing 16 districts of Rajshahi and Rangpur Division, am determined to uphold the rule of law and the development of the country. Even after the announcement of the election date, as a result of the excessive actions of various political parties, it is possible that the people themselves will be forced to bring about martial law. I request that I not be neglected or deprived from North Bengal, and that I be included in this cabinet for 101 days without salary or allowances, and that I be included as a senior member in the interest of a fair election in the future. For this, I seek the intervention of various donor agencies as well as the respected diplomats of various developing countries posted in Bangladesh. At the special request of the Honorable and worthy United Nations Secretary-General Mr. António Guterres, a symbol of purity, gentlemanliness, justice, and humanitarianism, I am urgently requesting to be included in the interim Yunus cabinet of the Bangladesh government in the public interest as Senior Adviser to the Ministry of Disaster Relief and Management or the Ministry of Home Affairs, because the 16 districts of greater North Bengal are currently without guardianship. We, the people of North Bengal, do not understand for what reason and due to what neglect North Bengal has become isolated from this cabinet. Therefore, in the public interest, for the sake of peace and prosperity of our motherland Bangladesh, I humbly seek the personal intervention and recommendation of the Honorable United Nations Secretary-General for the public good and on humanitarian grounds, so that I may be given this opportunity.
